Directions: Shake well. Roll onto shoulders, arms, legs, or any area as desired.  Avoid face, eyes, broken skin, and sensitive areas.  Test on small area first; discontinue use if irritation occurs.  Rollerball applicator is an effective massaging tool that glides across the skin.
